Returns
Eligibility: Items are eligible for return only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and customisation, we do not accept returns on earrings, customised jewellery, or pieces worn/used after delivery.
Request Period: You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
